There are many paths to flow, with sport or physical activity being one that is accessible to most people. A particular form of physical activity – hatha yoga – is well suited to facilitating flow experiences. Finding this link through her own participation, as well as her research into yoga, Sue trained as a yoga instructor in order to share with others this path to optimising awareness and experience. Sue holds weekly group classes and is also available for private lessons.
